The very finely structured Blanton’s Bourbon is bottled in Kentucky at 40% vol. in an exceptionally beautiful 700 ml bottle.

TASTE: The sweet citrus notes are accompanied by vanilla and honey. The wonderful structure of this Kentucky Bourbon Whiskey shows a great balance in the taste.
FINISH: The crisp finish of this Blanton’s Special Reserve offers notes of spices and a hint of cinnamon-apple.

As you’d expect, this is outstanding. A really excellent whisky behind the peat, and really nice peat. You can read all about the tastes, flavors, and aromas from others, so just confirming you can’t go wrong with this at all. One thing – I’m not really that partial to the really peaty whiskeys, although I love single malt the best of any drink. But this stands out.
